Cash in transit company in Gauteng is looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager permanent position with Hybrid working 80% remote and Form part of the Project Office as a Mid Level Project Manager. The successful candidate must have the ability to become a high performing Senior PM with an Execution delivery mindset. This is not strictly making use of the Agile Methodology but rather Agile Philosophy principles. Although the candidates must be able to handle a stressful and fast pace environment they must understand the complex technical implementations and be flexible and not be too rigid in following any methodology. Must have an open mindset. With this all said the Governance must not be neglected. Rapid prototyping into Project Execution, you can use what every way you want as long as the desired outcome is delivered within the correct governance.
