Experience a great working environment with fantastic people. Our office is a stone’s throw away from the beautiful Krantzkloof Nature Reserve but we have implemented a Hybrid model. You will be responsible f or managing the onboarding process for our new clients and our affiliate POS system. (It will be an operational requirement for this person to learn both the POS and our software products and services extremely well).
You will need to consult with clients at a business level and advise them on the best solutions for them in our system. Previous experience in a role implementing and customising similar software, as well as experience in the hotel/tourism/leisure industry is a must.
KPA’s:
- Onboarding of new clients to our software
- Post-onboarding client follow ups/check-ins
- Onboarding new POS clients
- Implementing integrations, like financial interfaces
- Consultative projects related t o data changes
- Keep up t o date with new product features and services to advise clients
- Maintaining and updating onboarding SOPs and documentation
- Onboarding of new properties (existing clients)
Experience, Qualifications and Skills:
- Project management, key account management, client onboarding skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the tourism/hospitality industry is a must!
