MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON EXCEL
Make sure Wagnet database is clean, ie: Customer name, surname, address, mobile & email are correct (most of this has been done already, keep maintaining)
- Sort excel doc with serial numbers that need to be billed for 2023 subscriptions (carry over”prior subs to 2022″ + 2022)
- Contact dealers/customers to follow up on serial numbers to be billed and keep comments section for each serial number for follow up
- Make sure serial numbers get invoiced from Valley South Africa to dealer/customers
- Keep record of serials that have been invoiced and those that have not yet
- Track serials where the grower does not want to renew and give reason for non-renewal
- Create dashboard to visualise billed, non-billed etc
Maintains the computer and network systems of an organization.

Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization. Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems. Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
Ensuring the security of company and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software. Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices. Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation. Remotely connecting with the filed force Team to help them with their laptop issues.
