We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to work within our ecommerce team playing a key role in the delivery of the transformation of our online platform.
Duties and responsibilities
Project Management
- Take overall accountability for the delivery of Omni projects within the timeline, scope and budget
- Report and communicate all project aspects to the relevant stakeholders
- Plan, direct and co-ordinate the project delivery teams towards delivering Omni projects
- Develop and maintain best-practise project management documents relating to e.g. objectives, strategy and approach, project plans, budgeting, resourcing, risk and issue management and mitigation etc.
- Be accountable for identifying and removing any impediments that may delay or prevent delivery by the project team
- Buffer the delivery teams from items that might otherwise distract them or impede their delivery
- Effectively use and facilitate the relevant aspects of the Agile/Scrum framework in delivering Omni projects
- Flexibility and the ability to play various roles as e.g. either a Scrum Master or a more traditional project manager depending on the project environment
Requirements and qualifications
- Previous working experience as a software Project Manager or experience in tech, start-ups and other high-tech development-intensity environments
- A degree or diploma in Business Science, Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant fields would be beneficial
- In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles wound be beneficial
- Scrum Master/PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or PMP/Prince2 certification would be highly advantageous
- Proficient with the Atlassian tool suite
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
