The Application Support Specialist plays a critical role in implementing and supporting the systems and processes administered by our customers.
This role primarily involves visiting automotive dealerships to implement and optimize system processes within the Sales and After-sales departments. The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the effective utilization of the OEM Dealership’s processes and systems through regular visits and thorough analysis of dealer reports.
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- IT knowledge and experience will be an advantage
- IT Degree or Diploma will be an advantage.
- Advanced MS Excel working knowledge and experience
- Experience in working in the Automotive Industry is a requirement
- Software implementation experience is not required but is an advantage
- Collaborate closely with the OEM business divisions
- Establish and cultivate connections with OEM business partners
- Interact with OEM business teams to comprehend implementation and training needs
- Oversee and enhance training solutions for OEM dealer systems
- Supervise the utilization of OEM systems by dealerships
- Track the progress of OEM dealerships
- Assist in on-site dealer training, support, and subsequent actions as needed
- Frequent national and neighbouring country travel, potentially for extended durations, will be expected
