Key Responsibilities:
As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and user-centric interfaces for the digital products. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into visually appealing and functional designs. You will be instrumental in creating wireframes, prototypes, and implementing design solutions that align with best practices in interaction design and user experience.
Job Requirements:
Technical Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of fundamental visual design principles, including typography and color theory.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles to enhance user engagement and interaction.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, both low and high fidelity, as well as interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts effectively.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Abstract, and other relevant software.
- Sound understanding of information architecture to organize and structure content effectively.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles to create seamless experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
- Ability to design for inclusivity and accessibility, ensuring the products are usable by all individuals, regardless of abilities.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development to collaborate effectively with development teams.

Qualifications:
- A 3-year tertiary qualification with a focus on Multimedia, UX/UI, Design, Information Architecture, or Computer Science.
- Honours degree, with additional completed courses in Design (preferred).
Knowledge and Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing your previous work and design process
