This position is based in both Cape Town and Johannesburg, it is a 12-month contract position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing 1s1 and 2nd Line Open Text support to [non-key role] users.
- Providing Open Text Application and Platform support to end users
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or applicable courses.
- Minimum of 3 years’ Open Text application support experience.
