Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end rollout of new and renovated stores. This role ensures seamless execution in line with global brand guidelines and the annual financial plan. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and proven leadership in store development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Development & Project Management
- Collaborate with channel partners to forecast and plan store rollouts in alignment with annual financial plans.
- Build and manage relationships with property brokers, landlords, and shopping centre teams for new site acquisitions.
- Adapt and implement global store concepts to align with local market needs, ensuring consistency with regional guidelines.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful store rollouts, managing relationships with key stakeholders including designers, construction teams, and visual merchandisers.
- Control store setup budgets, timelines, and quality, focusing on value engineering and cost efficiency.
- Oversee supplier management, ensuring compliance with global retail format standards and driving cost reductions.
- Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, project timelines, and budget adherence.
2. Quality Control & Performance Auditing
- Develop a comprehensive monitoring system to evaluate project success, including quality checks during site visits and post-construction audits.
- Ensure all external vendors and teams deliver high-quality results that reflect brand values and regional direction.
- Evaluate supplier performance and manage project reports for key stakeholders.
3. Team Leadership & Relationship Management
- Lead and manage internal and external teams involved in store construction and visual merchandising.
- Align all stakeholders on store development principles, fostering collaboration with retail operations, marketing, and account management teams.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Architect or Diploma in Interior Design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D Max
- Strong retail operations knowledge, particularly in store design, layout, and profitability
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years in store development and project management within the retail industry, specifically in the MENA region
- Experience with youth-focused brands and a strong understanding of youth culture is essential
- Apparel industry experience is highly preferred
Competencies:
- Excellent project management and people leadership skills
- Proven experience in budget management and supplier negotiations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to project needs as required
