Tasks

  • Implement and evaluate processes
  • Identify quality control issues and suggest solutions
  • Implement strategies and coordinate different service/vetting and support departments
  • Contribute to budget and organizational plans
  • Oversee day-to-day operations

  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees

  • Prepare regular report to COO
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts)

Qualifications and requirements

  • 5 years medium/Corporate Service experience and/or diploma in operating a business with at least 5 years’ experience in a management role
  • Experience in planning, budgeting and report to senior management
  • Extreme ability to coordinate functions between different departments in ISS/ILS and external clients
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Problem solving aptitude
  • Motivate people
  • Presentable and professional in working with any level of people

Working conditions

  • Full time Monday to Friday and weekends in emergency circumstances.
