- Collaborate with multiple teams for Agile delivery.
- Communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and stand-ups.
- Drive Agile retrospective improvements.
- Support product owners in objectives.
- Research and educate teams on Agile management tools.
- Provide updates on Agile delivery.
- Protect current sprint commitments.
- Coach and mentor teams to increase Agile maturity.
- Monitor and improve performance in quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
- Support Product Owner in backlog prioritisation.
- Track scope changes and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Support senior management in release planning
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- IT-related tertiary qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Scrum Master in technology-based environments.
- 3-5 years in Agile development.
- Experience as a servant leader and facilitator.
- Passion for Agile software delivery.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- Knowledge of software development practices.
- Ability to influence and build relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and self-motivated leadership.
