By partnering with Arctic Wolf, Seacom aims to equip its clients with advanced security operations solutions to combat the growing threat of cyberthreats in today’s digital landscape.
Cyberattacks threaten companies of every size, and organisations are increasingly seeing the need for external security operations expertise. With Arctic Wolf’s cloud-native platform and expert security operations team, Seacom clients can now get personalised and proactive protection against both existing and emerging threats.
Gert Janzen, product manager at Seacom, comments: “At Seacom, we prioritise the security and resilience of our clients’ networks. Teaming up with Arctic Wolf allows us to offer cutting-edge security solutions that empower organisations to defend against evolving cyberthreats effectively.”
Through the partnership, Seacom will leverage the Artic Wolf platform to offer its valued clients expanded visibility into their attack surface. Regardless of the number of vendors, services, and technologies deployed on their networks, Seacom clients can now view their entire security landscape through a single pane of glass, enabling them to proactively identify any malicious behaviours or vulnerabilities.
“Effective security is not achieved with just one technology or product. Today, organisations need a wholesale and holistic approach when securing their networks, one that incorporates everything from perimeter and email security to endpoint and distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) protection. This is the case for every company, regardless of sector or industry,” explains Janzen.
Enhancing Seacom’s existing portfolio of security products and solutions, Artic Wolf’s offerings include:
- Managed detection and response (MDR);
- Managed risk;
- Managed security awareness;
- Incident response;
- Cloud detection and response; and
- Cloud security posture management.
With the MDR offering, Seacom clients will receive access to a Concierge Security® team (CST) that provides strategic guidance and improvements to their security posture.
“This collaboration signifies Seacom’s proactive approach to cybersecurity, ensuring that clients have access to top-tier security solutions to navigate the complex cybersecurity landscape with confidence. At the same time, Seacom takes a step forward in its mission to become a world-class digital infrastructure provider, as no infrastructure is complete without proactive, comprehensive security,” adds Janzen.
With a joint go-to-market (GTM) plan, Seacom will lead conversations to create awareness around the partnership with Artic Wolf, while Artic Wolf will assist with the group’s sales with their expertise in security and their product portfolio. The group will also conduct information-sharing sessions with its customers to provide insights on both the current threat landscape and how Seacom and Artic World can address new and ongoing security concerns.
“We are excited for the opportunity to support SEACOM’s efforts to expand their product portfolio by offering our security operations solutions, a critical capability that many of their clients are specifically requesting,” says Johnny Ellis, senior director: senior EMEA channels at Arctic Wolf.
