• Play a key role in providing second line support and configuration to various customer services and projects.
  • Configure Cisco, Aruba and Meraki devices, troubleshoot problems, and provide remote or onsite support for our high-profile customer base.
  • Configure and prep network equipment for deployment
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot connectivity issues within the various LAN/WAN technologies Routing, Switching and Access Points (Cisco, Aruba, and Meraki)
  • Provide a detailed report after each deployment, installation, site visit or network incident.
  • Adhere to customer SLAs to ensure end-user expectations are met
  • Take ownership and responsibility of an issues from start through to successful resolution.
  • Preform escalations to customers, 3rd parties as well management.
  • Client service and project meetings

  • Perform wireless heatmap surveys
  • Cabinet Audits and Blowouts

  • Prioritize workflow by deadlines
  • Highly analytical and able to solve problems on their own
  • Proficient in Microsoft Visio
  • Basic understanding of wireless design best practices (Placements and Antenna types)
  • Excellent client facing written and verbal communication.
