We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Technical Coordinator for a digital solutions and services provider for a Fixed Term Contract for 7 months. The successful incumbent will have overall responsibility for managing the planning, co-ordination, configuration, installation, and management of all networks, including LAN, WAN, Wireless, Satellite, Telephony, and related client services with the enterprise.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust network design and architecture that aligns with the organization’s business objectives
- Provide documentation for network design, including diagrams, configurations, and rationale for design decisions
- Define, deliver, and support strategic plans for the implementation of information technologies to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation of network solutions, including hardware, software, and configurations
- Ensure regular maintenance and updates
- Implement and manage security measures
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits
- Troubleshooting
- Provide IT technical and IT services management
- Recommend IT strategies policies and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes
- Manage security across all aspects of the business and user base
Minimum Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 to 4 years relevant experience
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure coordination and management.
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
- CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
- Any other industry-recognized certification in networking and security would be an advantage
