We are looking for a few remote Junior IT Support Technicians who is passionate about technology, thrives in problem-solving, and has a strong growth mindset. This role is ideal for individuals with basic tech support skills who are eager to learn and grow.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Provide remote Level 1 IT support to clients, resolving basic technical issues.
 - Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems.
 - Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory and other systems.
 - Support end-users with basic Windows and Linux server administration.
 - Monitor and manage ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution of issues.
 - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clear communication throughout the support process.
 - Escalate more complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
 
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT field.
 - Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
 - Familiarity with network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls).
 - Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
 - Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
 - A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
