We are looking for a few remote Junior IT Support Technicians who is passionate about technology, thrives in problem-solving, and has a strong growth mindset. This role is ideal for individuals with basic tech support skills who are eager to learn and grow.

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Provide remote Level 1 IT support to clients, resolving basic technical issues.
  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory and other systems.
  • Support end-users with basic Windows and Linux server administration.
  • Monitor and manage ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clear communication throughout the support process.
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT field.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls).
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
