What you will be doing:

  • Manage and coordinate development projects from the launch through to snagging post completion.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in key market sectors and stay ahead of competitor trends.
  • Shape and refine project goals, strategies, and constraints while collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Engage with approval authorities, securing necessary permissions in a timely and cost-effective way.
  • Oversee the preparation and negotiation of tenders, contracts, and design amendments, ensuring seamless project progression.
  • Partner with consultants to manage financial, commercial, and legal risks, keeping all documentation up to date.
  • Lead dynamic meetings with construction professionals and coordinate with management to resolve any legal or financial challenges.
  • Guide projects through development approvals and ensure compliance at every stage, from tendering to project completion.
  • Ensure smooth project delivery by providing accurate, timely updates in management reports, and implementing best practices.

What you need:

  • 5 – 8 years of proven experience in the development industry, specifically in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing project costs, quality control, and returns, while ensuring compliance with internal processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with site administration, programme management, budget oversight, and quality control.
  • Proven ability to make key decisions on-site and coordinate across project teams and professional stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
