Candidate Requirements
- Deep understanding of a wide range of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Proficiency in advanced statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with feature selection, dimensionality reduction, and model interpretability.
- Expertise in programming languages such as SAS and Python, with advanced knowledge of data science libraries (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong SQL skills for complex queries and data manipulation.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling using tools like SAS VA, or custom visualizations in Python..
- Extensive experience in managing the full lifecycle of data science projects, from problem definition to model deployment and monitoring.
- Understanding of model governance, including ethical considerations and regulatory compliance
