Computek Networks is looking for a Senior Specialist Systems Analyst to facilitate and coordinate the review of business processes and the alignment of business applications to business processes through JAD (Joint Application Development) design sessions and data gather from a variety of sources and documentation.
The project will be focusing running Joint Application Design sessions for a number of applications systems and business processes in the department of Electoral Matters, it will involve systems design / redesign with the following intended outcomes:
a) Identifying the needs of today against antiquated systems.
b) Identifying commonalities and possibly merging of systems.
c) Introducing modern technologies.
d) Designing electoral systems with business owners and internal clients.
e) Integration of systems.
f) Systems that are built for the end user minimising the reliance on technical ICT personnel.
Desired Skills:
- Business systems analysis and/or design.
- Application of system development methodologies
- SDLC and system development methodologies
- Strong business process modeling (BPMN) and management skills.
- TOGAF certification
- JAD Session Facilitation qualification
- Design tools (e.g. Visio)
- Web based applications design and development
