Postion Summary:
The National Research Foundation (NRF) seeks to make an appointment for the position of Intermediate Front End Developer within the Research, Innovation and Impact Support and Advancement (RIISA). The Intermediate Front End Developer builds front end interfaces for users to interact with.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop front end solutions by studying functional requirements
- Collaborate with team members and users to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and seamless user experience
- Collaborate with developers to integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring data consistency and performancePerform UX maintenance modifications and enhancements on systems in line with the NRF support process

Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree / Advanced Diploma / NQF 7
Minimum Experience:
- 3-5 years
- An IT related degree in software development
- 3 years’ experience in front end development, Vue js, React, Java, CSS and HTML5Of which 2 years’ experience in Java scriptOf which1 years’ experience in Microsoft DevOpsOf which 1 years’ experience working in an agile environment
