Full Stack JavaScript Developer – (Reporting/AI Analytics)
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
– Sound JavaScript development experience and willingness to learn ServiceNow development
– PL/SQL Logic
– Any CSS framework like Bootstrap
– Service Management, ITIL
– Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
– Willing to work in an international team
o ServiceNow development (mostly UI Builder, Flows, Performance analytics, Reporting, Platform Analytics, Generative AI, Scripting in ServiceNow, Virtual Agent
– Passion for technology
– Smart mind, willing to learn new things on the go
– Ability to work as part of an Agile team, inter-dependant as well as independently
– Be able to submit deliverables on time and in excellent quality
– Taking ownership and responsibility
– Must be self-motivated and having an autonomous working style
– Hands-on & positive can-do attitude
– High proficiency of English language, German is a plus
– Ability to relate and interact with a variety of stakeholders at different organisational levels
– Strong interpersonal skills, including intercultural understanding
– Able to work under pressure and be resilient in stressful situation
– Must be self-motivated and open to learn independently
– Self-starter
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
– Completed university degree in computer science, business intelligence or similar.
– Ideally experienced in developing with ServiceNow
– Sound knowledge of JavaScript, ideally also JellyScript
– ITIL Certification advantageous
– Min 8 years working experience in IT Service Management
