The Project Manager (Civil Engineering) will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of community-based infrastructure projects. This role is vital in supporting sustainable development by managing projects that enhance local communities through the construction of roads, water systems, sanitation, schools, and other essential infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring significant civil engineering experience, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of community needs. This role requires an individual who can balance technical expertise with a commitment to stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
- Matric/Grade 12/N3 Certificate with maths and science
- Valid Drivers License

Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or Construction management; a degree or certificate in Project Management

Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in community infrastructure projects.

PMP/SACPCMP or similar project management certification is advantageous.

Good understanding of computer literacy (Excel/Word/MS-Projects).
- Demonstrate extensive experience in contract management.
- Minimum of 5 years experience within the heavy industry or mining environment
- SAP Experience will be advantageous
