What you will be doing:
- Guide and support the Scrum team by fostering Agile principles and values, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration.
- Empower the team to achieve its best, helping them deliver on commitments and reach their full potential.
- Collaborate across diverse, cross-functional teams, managing multiple SDLC methodologies to drive successful project outcomes.
What you need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
- Scrum certification would be ideal.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience working with people, with strong administration, coaching/mentoring, and facilitation skills.
- Team player with servant leadership qualities, showing a collaborative, diplomatic, and assertive approach.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly in English and present effectively.
- Knowledge of conflict management, negotiation, and some understanding of Agile and Software Development.
- Passionate about self-improvement, with an investigative mindset for problem-solving and finding solutions.
- High emotional intelligence, a sense of humour, and a strong commitment to ownership and delivering results.
