Minimum Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate
  • Tertiary IT Qualification related to IT Technical Services
  • Strong knowledge and experience with high-volume printers
  • Proven hands-on experience in working with CCTV systems
  • Valid driver’s license, to support mobility and on-site tasks.
  • 2-Years IT support experience, including hardware and software troubleshooting.

End User Support

  • Resolve day-to-day IT-related issues for users
  • Log and manage all incidents and requests via the Helpdesk System to ensure resolution

Network and Infrastructure Management

  • Plan and implement network and infrastructure projects
  • Troubleshoot network and internet issues
  • Provide detailed and accurate updates on tasks and projects

Hardware and Device Support

  • Support and maintain laptops and desktops
  • Service and repair laser and inkjet printers, including meter readings
  • Install and configure printer and scanning software

CCTV and Security Systems

  • Install and support CCTV camera systems

Asset and Systems Management

  • Maintain accurate records of IT hardware and systems assets
  • Assess and recommend effective solutions based on user reports

Health, Safety, and Compliance

  • Follow all Health and Safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
