The Senior Business Analyst will lead the scoping and documentation of business requirements for strategic SCM projects, ensuring alignment between procurement planning and emerging digital solutions.
Business Requirements Scoping and Documentation: Assist the unit with drafting business specification requirements and develop a comprehensive business case for the integration of key applications, specifically for:
System Integration: Develop detailed specifications to ensure seamless integration between the above systems, identifying any potential gaps and proposing solutions to ensure optimized workflows. Support the unit throughout the development, implementation and change management process in terms of ICT related projects.
Facilitate Standardized SCM and MAM Intelligence Systems: Coordinate efforts to implement standardised SCM (Supply Chain Management) and MAM (Moveable Asset Management) business intelligence systems, enhancing data accuracy and operational efficiency. This will involve engaging with stakeholders across the province to standardize business processes and data reporting formats.
Transfer of Skill/ Capacity Building: the resources will be required to work closely with the Directorate: PG: SCM with regard to the deliverables and is required to transfer skills to staff identified by the unit.
Providing support to the unit: Provide other assistance as may be determined from time to time by the unit.
