Your Role, should you choose to accept:
As a Test Automation Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in delivering top-tier software by applying your expertise in manual and automated testing. You’ll work closely with development teams, using Atlassian tools to streamline workflows, improve testing cycles, and ensure that every release is as robust as possible.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manual & Automated Testing: Execute and automate test cases to validate functionality, performance, and security across web and mobile platforms.
- Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring testing coverage and reducing manual effort.
- Atlassian Tools Expertise: Leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, X-Ray, and BitBucket to manage test cases, track issues, and enhance team collaboration.
- Agile Collaboration: Work in an Agile Working Model (AWM), contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while adapting to a fast-paced, iterative environment.
What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- 5 years of experience in manual and automated testing.
- 5 years of experience specifically in Test Automation.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (especially Jira, Confluence, X-Ray, BitBucket).
- An IT Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience.
- ISTQB Certification (nice-to-have, but not essential).
- Agile experience is a strong plus! Familiarity with Agile principles and working in sprints will make you fit right in.
