  • Utilize tools like UML/BPMN to model and document business and system processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure integration and solution success.
  • Lead testing efforts, including creating test cases, monitoring system stability, and supporting users during acceptance testing.
  • Continuously improve system requirements and processes to optimize development efficiency.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in system analysis.
  • Proven ability to document, design, and implement system requirements.
  • Experience in collections and recoveries (an advantage).
  • Salesforce knowledge (a plus).

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in business information systems and familiarity with programming languages.
