Our client is looking for a PHP Lead for a 12 month fully remote engagement.
The ideal candidate will have managed a team and taken responsibility for the overall deliverables from their Team’s side.
Responsibilities and skills include:
- Experience: 8+ years in software development.
Technical Skills:
- Expert in PHP, Proficiency JavaScript (including modern frameworks like Angular or React)
- Database management (MySQL)
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Symfony
- Laravel
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Kubernetes, is critical to manage the deployment and scalability of microservices.
- Understanding of CouchDB and GoLang is a plus
Soft Skills
- Leadership abilities, experience in managing or mentoring junior/intermediate developers, effective communication with stakeholders.
