We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with expertise in SAFe Agile frameworks to lead and facilitate agile development processes. The ideal candidate will guide teams, ensure adherence to agile principles, and foster a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as a servant leader, enabling the team to achieve their goals and remove impediments to progress.
- Guide and coach teams on agile practices and principles, particularly within a SAFe Agile framework.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear understanding of product backlog items and priorities.
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to ensure alignment across teams.
- Monitor and report on team performance, progress, and metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to experiment and enhance processes.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Ensure the team adheres to organizational standards, including compliance with SAFe Agile principles.
- Address team dynamics and promote a high-performing, motivated, and self-organized team environment.
Minium Skills and Experience Required
- 7-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in an agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Scrum and SAFe Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)).
- Expertise in SAFe Agile frameworks and practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple agile teams and align them with broader organizational goals.
- Proficiency in agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remove blockers effectively.
- Familiarity with scaling agile practices in large organizations.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical project delivery.
