We are recruiting a Business Systems Analyst to join the Germiston based head office of a national concern.
Minimum Requirements
BSc Computer Science, Information Technology or related field / Equivalent qualification
3+ years business systems analysis experience.
MS Dynamics 365 experience required.
Solid understanding of business operations and process performance improvement.
Overview of Position
To support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) within our organization. Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring that the D365 system aligns with organizational goals and delivers value
Business Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business processes, requirements, and objectives
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather insights into operational needs
- Create detailed functional and non-functional requirement specifications
D365 System Analysis and Design:
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using D365
- Design solutions that align with best practices and business goals
- Work closely with developers and system architects to define system specifications
Implementation and Configuration:
- Configure and customize D365 modules (e.g., Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to meet business requirements
- Coordinate with the technical team for development, testing, and deployment activities
- Ensure system configurations are documented and scalable
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop test plans, test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Ensure the system meets business requirements and functions as intended
- Document and resolve any system issues or bugs
Training and Change Management:
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users
- Support change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition to D365
Ongoing Support and Optimization:
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process optimization.
- Stay updated with D365 updates and industry best practices.
