Job Requirements:
– Matric
– NQF7 Qualification in Project Management or related
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a project manager in the training industry
– Proficient in MS Office
– Strong written & verbal communication skills
– Valid driver’s license & own vehicle

Job Responsibilities:
– Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient resource use to meet deadlines, quality standards, and budgets.
– Develop schedules, align teams on project goals, and adjust plans to manage risks.
– Conduct monitoring visits, update status reports, and ensure compliance with quality and company standards.
– Maintain Learner Management System (LMS) updates, provide client progress reports, and manage documentation.
– Collaborate with support teams, uphold service agreements, and foster relationships with learners and clients.
– Oversee onboarding, attendance, assessments, and appeals for learners.
– Manage and support project staff, including recruiting, onboarding, and addressing performance issues.
