As a Senior / Business Process Architect, you will play a critical role in transforming business operations. Education, Certification, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ITIL V4 Foundation
- ITIL Master’s (Advantageous)
Industry and Technical Skills and Experience:
- 7-9 years (Senior) or 5-7 years (Business Process Architect) of consulting experience within complex, global organizations, with the ability to influence and consult in an ITIL/ITSM services environment
- 4+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, supporting ITSM and ITIL process flow development and refinement
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) is a plus
- Proficiency in process modeling and analysis tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, ARIS, Flowcentric, etc.)
- Experience with process automation and workflow management tools is a plus
- Familiarity with project management principles, practices, and tools such as ServiceNow SPM or MS Project is advantageous
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is a plus
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Experience using collaboration tools such as MS Office, MS Teams, MS Outlook, and MS SharePoint
- Familiarity with best practice frameworks such as ITIL, ISO 20000, and COBIT
- Familiarity with Remedy BMC is a plus
