- Lead and manage infrastructure cutover projects, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
- Coordinate project tasks with cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with networking protocols, including IP range allocation, DNS configurations, and firewall policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client-facing interactions, maintaining professionalism and a mature outlook.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to achieve project objectives.
- Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies for infrastructure-related projects.
- Document and communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.
- Provide post-implementation support and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:- Understanding of IT fundamentals with practical experience in networking and infrastructure.- Familiarity with:- Networking IP ranges.- DNS configurations and management.- Firewall policies and security protocols.- Proven ability to coordinate and execute infrastructure cutover activities.- Strong project management skills with a focus on IT-related projects.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.- Experience in stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
Ability to balance technical understanding with strategic project oversight.
