ENVIRONMENT:

JOIN the team of a forward-thinking Digital Agency urgently seeking a highly skilled & client-centric Digital Account Manager. Your core role will be to manage client relationships, develop strategic marketing plans, oversee campaign execution, and ensure client satisfaction. Working closely with the Website Development team, you will help manage and deliver high-quality digital projects for clients. Applicants will require proven experience in Digital Account Management, particularly in Web Development projects, have strong client communication and relationship-building skills, be familiar with UI/UX principles, with experience in low-fidelity design and wireframing.

DUTIES:

Quality Assurance –

  • Oversee the quality of all website deliverables, ensuring they meet both client expectations and agency standards.
  • Perform rigorous checks on web assets, designs, and final products before delivery to the client.

Client Liaison –

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into detailed project briefs and timelines.

Project Management –

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of website projects, from initial briefing to launch.
  • Coordinate with the website Development team to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery of assets, updates, and approvals.

Traffic Control –

  • Allocate tasks to the website development team and other internal resources as needed.
  • Monitor the progress of multiple projects, adjusting priorities and resources to meet deadlines.

Low Fidelity UI/UX –

  • Work with the Website Design team to assist in creating low-fidelity wireframes and user journeys.
  • Ensure website designs align with the client’s objectives and user experience best practices.

Proposal Development –

  • Collaborate on the creation of client proposals, including scope, budget, and timelines for website projects.
  • Ensure proposals are clearly communicated and aligned with client goals and expectations.

Monthly Reporting –

  • Prepare detailed monthly reports that provide clients with insights into project progress, website performance, and future recommendations.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on data and project outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in Digital Account Management, particularly in Web Development projects.
  • Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles, with experience in low-fidelity design and wireframing.
  • Exceptional Project Management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable –

  • Experience working in a digital agency environment.
  • Knowledge of web development processes, including CMS platforms, SEO, and UX design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Project Management tool Jira & UI/UX tool Figma.
