Key Responsibilities:

  • Microsoft 365 and Azure Administration:

  • Manage and administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other core services.

  • Administer Azure environments, including policy management, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and security controls.
  • Configure and deploy Azure policies, ensuring compliance with ISO27001, PCI, and other regulatory frameworks.

  • Hardware and Asset Management:

  • Maintain and manage an estate of IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, and other peripherals.

  • Conduct fault-finding and performance analysis of hardware and Wi-Fi connectivity.
  • Oversee the asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Manage IT asset inventory and ensure proper licensing for Microsoft products and other software.

  • Virtual Desktop and Active Directory Management:

  • Deploy and manage virtual desktops, including builds and configurations on Active Directory.

  • Handle user provisioning, group policies, and role-based access control.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to virtual environments and directory services.

  • Softvoice, Communication and Noise-cancelling Systems:

  • Manage and support voice solutions such as Krisp, Twilio and other communication solutions and services.

  • Optimize performance and troubleshoot connectivity and usage issues.

  • Network and Connectivity Management:

  • Set up and manage Wi-Fi accounts, ensuring secure and reliable access for users.

  • Conduct performance monitoring and troubleshooting of Wi-Fi networks.
  • Knowledge of or experience with Maraki.

  • Compliance and Security:

  • Enforce and maintain security measures aligned with ISO27001, PCI DSS, and other standards.

  • Deploy controls for identity management, data protection, and system access.

  • User Support and Training:

  • Provide first-line and second-line support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.

  • Develop and deliver training materials to enhance user proficiency and adoption of IT systems.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MS365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in IT support roles, with a focus on MS365 and Azure environments.

  • Skills and Competencies:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS365 and Azure administration.

  • Strong understanding of Azure policies, security configurations, and compliance frameworks (ISO27001, PCI DSS).
  • Solid experience with hardware management, virtual desktop environments, and Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with voice communication platforms (e.g., Twilio) and network performance troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills for asset and license management.
  • Exceptional English communication skills and computer literacy
