The incumbent will need to be methodical, with strong attention to detail and an interest in internet research. Training will be provided for this role from the outset, including induction on the specific monitoring technology used in the delivery centre

- Degree/Honours or Masters Qualification
- No experience post qualification needed
- Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of MS suite
- Aware of internet research techniques
- Proven knowledge of how to conduct research
- Comfortable raising questions or escalating issues where needed
