Job Requirements:
– Matric
– Tertiary Qualification in Project Management
– Valid driver’s license & vehicle
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management
– Experience in training and development industry advantageous
Job Responsibilities:
– Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards within set timelines and budget constraints.
– Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring cost-effective delivery and maintaining or improving Gross Profit (GP).
– Maintain constant client communication and provide regular updates and reports.
– Develop and manage training schedules in consultation with stakeholders, ensuring objectives are met.
– Guide and support Facilitators, Assessors, and Moderators to deliver on project scopes and deadlines.
– Monitor and mitigate risks, implementing adjustments to project plans as needed.
– Conduct monitoring visits to ensure training progress, learner attendance, and adequacy of workplaces.
– Keep project status reports updated weekly and ensure compliance with the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
– Maintain and update the Learner Management System (LMS) and client e-folders.
– Submit regular client feedback reports on learner progress and project status.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, host sites, and clients.
– Manage learner onboarding, attendance, and remediation processes.
– Source and recruit Facilitators, Assessors, and Moderators, and oversee their performance with support from the Talent team.
– Plan, schedule, and oversee training clusters and resources needed for each project.
– Quality assure timesheets/invoices and manage learner stipend payments where required.
– Procure and manage equipment, materials, and resources for projects.
– Compile project plans, capture status updates, and proactively source host sites in the region.
