Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design & Strategy
- Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Microsoft-based solutions, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
- Develop high-level roadmaps aligning business objectives with technical strategies.
Solution Implementation
- Oversee the deployment and integration of Microsoft solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Guide development teams in implementing robust and maintainable solutions using best practices.
Cloud & Application Modernization
- Drive cloud migration strategies, leveraging Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps for modern application delivery.
- Modernize legacy systems to adopt cloud-native solutions.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, presenting solution options, benefits, and technical feasibility.
Technical Leadership
- Mentor and guide development teams, promoting the adoption of best practices in coding, integration, and solution deployment.
- Conduct architecture reviews, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company policies.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on emerging Microsoft technologies and trends, integrating innovative approaches into architectural solutions.
- Provide recommendations for system optimization, cost efficiency, and enhanced performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Mandatory)
- Other relevant certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified, Dynamics 365 Certification, Power Platform Certification (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Azure services, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in cloud architecture, identity management, and hybrid-cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
