Onsite Support Technician – Gauteng

Introduction:
Our client in the IT sector is looking for a Technician to support ESSN products for existing and potential clients.

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Provide telephone, face to face and online support to the client.
  • Client liaison and communication to assist and resolve the clients’ IT system requirements within the agreed SLA’s.
  • Provide customer service and manage the account to retain a long term business partnership.
  • You must provide high level product knowledge to understand the company’s value proposition, product range and service requirements.
  • Training and certification will be mandatory as prescribed by the company.

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 12
  • A+; N+ – MCP or MCSE or IT Diploma
  • 5 years of working experience in a similar environment

  • A+

Desired Work Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years
