Onsite Support Technician – Gauteng
Introduction:
Our client in the IT sector is looking for a Technician to support ESSN products for existing and potential clients.
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Provide telephone, face to face and online support to the client.
- Client liaison and communication to assist and resolve the clients’ IT system requirements within the agreed SLA’s.
- Provide customer service and manage the account to retain a long term business partnership.
- You must provide high level product knowledge to understand the company’s value proposition, product range and service requirements.
- Training and certification will be mandatory as prescribed by the company.
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12
- A+; N+ – MCP or MCSE or IT Diploma
- 5 years of working experience in a similar environment
