Job Description:
- To conceptualize| design and manage delivery of product / project and sustenance as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology.
- To manage the customer delivery / expectations and the technical team
- To architect| design and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery
- To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
- To train and develop team to ensure that there is adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
- To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven expertise in program/delivery/capability management, with a strong background in SAP technologies, especially SAP FICO and Enterprise Controlling.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams, manage customer expectations, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP architecture, solution design, and project delivery methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical teams and client organizations.
- Problem-Solver: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to design innovative solutions and address challenges effectively.
