Our Client is looking for an IT Support Engineer who will be responsible for the support of all internal users as well as supporting the data centre operations team with server monitoring and operations.
What you’ll do:
- Provide developer IT support.
- Provide general user IT support.
- Perform server operational tasks.
- Manage IT support tasks and incidents to closure.
Your expertise:
- 3+ years IT support
- IT support for software developers and associated personnel (project managers, software testers etc.) preferred.
- Scripting and automation (Bash and PowerShell preferably)
- Working knowledge of the following technologies
- Microsoft Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
- Microsoft Windows Server and Windows Client operating systems
- Linux operating systems (Red Hat)
- Security (anti-virus / VPN)
- General networking
Qualifications:
- ITIL
- Microsoft Azure
