processes to meet strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Analysis: Assess, analyze, and optimize end-to-end business processes within the enterprise. Document processes and define requirements to improve operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from business users to executive management, to ensure alignment of business strategies with information
- technology solutions. Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions to gather feedback, validate designs, and drive solutions.
- Solution Design and Documentation: Work closely with business teams to design, document, and implement effective business solutions using industry-standard models such as BPMN. Ensure solutions align with business objectives and maximize operational effectiveness.
- Agile Project Delivery: Lead or participate in Agile projects, leveraging the SAFe framework. Work closely with development teams and business users to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope. Use Jira and Confluence to manage project tasks and track progress.
- Process Reengineering & Automation: Apply principles of Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Workflow Management, and Process Automation to optimize business operations. Integrate new processes with existing technologies to ensure efficiency.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting: Engage with Business Intelligence, Analytics, and
- Reporting teams to ensure business needs are met and provide actionable insights from data- driven solutions.
- Risk & Collections Management: Bring expertise in Enterprise Collections, Client & Product Risk Management, and knowledge of banking products, particularly secured and unsecured
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT and business teams to ensure all solutions are aligned with business strategy, technology, and enterprise architecture. Develop business cases, process maps, and risk assessments to support business transformation initiatives.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of working on complex projects to assess, map, and optimize business processes.
- Expertise in Enterprise Collections, Risk Management, and Transactional Banking Products.
- Experience in Agile environments with strong familiarity of the SAFe Framework, and the use of Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in facilitating workshops with business users at all levels, including executive- level presentations and requirements gathering.
- Knowledge of Business Process Reengineering, Process Automation, and Enterprise Application Integration.
- Experience in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) for process modeling.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and SAFe.
- Experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Reporting.
- Strong understanding of banking industry processes, particularly in secured and unsecured lending products.
- Experience with workflow management, process automation, and enterprise application integration.
- Exposure to process transformation and integrating new technologies into existing business processes.
