Key Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow Platform Solutions: Leverage your knowledge and expertise to architect, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This includes designing and developing solutions for ITSM, Workflows, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and other ServiceNow modules.
- System Administration Support: Assist in ITSM Systems Administration and provide support for ServiceNow system administration tasks, ensuring smooth operation and performance of the platform.
- Customization and Enhancement: Proactively research and suggest enhancements to existing implementations. Leverage your expertise to customize out-of-the-box solutions and build new modules that meet the unique needs of the business.
- JavaScript Expertise: Apply your expert knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow-related JavaScript APIs to build custom applications, automate workflows, and ensure the technical solutions align with best practices.
- Collaboration with Solutions Architect: Work closely with the Solutions Architect to implement both out-of-the-box and customized solutions that meet business needs while adhering to industry standards.
- ITIL Compliance & Best Practices: Synthesize solutions with ITIL compliance and industry best practice process design to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in ServiceNow applications.
- Multi-Project Management: Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring activities are completed within deadlines, and risks are minimized.
- Automation and RPA: Build and implement custom automation workflows and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
- Module Development and Support: Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow modules, and support Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Asset Management, CMDB integration, and other ServiceNow applications.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including ITSM and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow-related JavaScript APIs.
- Experience with ServiceNow customization and module development.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and how they relate to ServiceNow functionality.
- Experience with Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Asset Management, and CMDB integration.
Technical Skills:
- ServiceNow Developer certification (preferred).
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform, ITSM modules, and ServiceNow Workflow.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, including ServiceNow APIs and scripting.
- Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and automation tools.
