Key Responsibilities:

  • Log support tickets and ensure they are correctly allocated.
  • Assemble reports using MS Excel.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and financial specialists.
  • Streamline systems and processes.
  • Follow instructions provided by consultants.
  • Maintain strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of working experience, or a recent graduate with a focus in Admin, Finance, or Marketing
  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • Skills:
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
