Key Responsibilities:
- Log support tickets and ensure they are correctly allocated.
- Assemble reports using MS Excel.
- Communicate effectively with clients and financial specialists.
- Streamline systems and processes.
- Follow instructions provided by consultants.
- Maintain strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of working experience, or a recent graduate with a focus in Admin, Finance, or Marketing
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Skills:
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
