To provide accurate, reliable, and timely data analysis support for EasyPay Everywhere to inform business decision-making and strategy formulation. This role focuses on leveraging data visualization tools, automating reporting processes, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data for the division.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Provide data analysis support to meet business specifications and inform decisions.
  • Identify data requirements, determine appropriate sources, and integrate multiple datasets when needed.
  • Conduct data preparation, including cleaning, standardization, and validation, to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform testing for data migration and system implementations to maintain data integrity.
  • Consolidate and integrate datasets to streamline reporting outputs, avoiding duplication.
  • Develop and automate visualization dashboards using agreed BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView)

Data Governance and Quality
Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness

  • Raise concerns about insufficient or inaccurate data and propose alternatives.
  • Ensure all data analysis and reporting align with internal governance and compliance standards.

Client Insights

  • Analyze customer data to uncover trends and present actionable insights.
  • Support the business in understanding customer behaviors to drive customer-centric decisions.

Risk, Regulatory, and Compliance

  • Adhere to policies, standards, and governance frameworks.

Ensure all deliverables comply with regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of quality
