Our client who is a Global Technology Company is currently looking for an Incident Management Level 3 Server Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will manage and maintain IT environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability; implement and uphold security protocols across systems and applications; oversee software licensing, ensuring compliance with all licensing requirements; and configure and manage user access permissions and security rights.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform industry-standard testing to identify and resolve system faults.
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical team members.
- Stay updated on technological advancements, particularly in Industrial IT (Operational Technology).
- Oversee and maintain various IT environments, ensuring stability and efficiency.
- Manage and enforce security protocols across systems and applications.
- Administer software licensing and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
- Configure and maintain security rights and access permissions for users.
- Develop and provide comprehensive user documentation as needed.
- Evaluate project activities to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.
- Take a leadership role in the design, deployment, and management of servers within your scope of responsibility.
- Contribute to the development of technical strategies, policies, and procedures for Operational Technology (OT).
Minimum Requirements
- +10 years’ experience as a Server Administrator
- +5 years Azure experience
