Pharmaceutical concern is seeking a Quality System Administrator to be responsible for the processing of various region administrative activities generated via various operational streams, including: requests, system reports, database, and incoming correspondences.
Supports End Users as the Super User for the Quality System platforms such as TRU Document, Symphony EtQ, Metric Pulse and Qlik.
Supports the Regional Quality Systems Managers with administrative tasks related to the Quality Management System.
Responsibilities:
- Primary administrative support to the Regional Quality System Managers & related systems [GCC, Investigations, Auditing, Training & Documentation, Product Quality Reviews]
- Adds/Removes training items as per site requests and support to Training Process Owners
- Create or version up a training item, as appropriate.
- Responsible for creating, maintaining, and tracking training records for the region
- Assign training items to users as requested, and respond to the user’s inquiries
- Creating and modifying of users’ groups.
- Run/Provide reports as requested from the different Quality System platforms.
- Support data trending activities
- Provide audit support as needed to the region.
- Act as communication channel for quality system information
- Drive improvement of organizational metrics.
- Provide oversight for and collaborate with process owner(s) and user(s).
- Maintain Quality user groups and curricula.
- Information sharing of near due and overdue trainings with reports from the different QS platforms.
- Transferring ownership of documents and specifications: Document Owner, Process Owner of SOPs and WIs
- Review of Impact Assessment for Obsolescence/Inactivation of Local documents
- Review Impact Assessment for Inactivation of Quality Agreements
- General support with system related queries
- Interactions with Stakeholders & Partners
- Support the regional Quality Systems Strategic Projects & Initiatives
- System Cleanout and Migration
Requirements:
- Graduate Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Would look at candidates with relevant Chemistry related qualifications would also be considerd.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Excellent report writing skills
- Excellent Training skills
- Must be able to develop and maintain relationships/partnerships and to work collaboratively both internally and externally
- Excellent MS Office and Office 365 skills
- Highly organized and willing to undertake significant responsibility whilst also undertaking a significant amount of routine administrative duties
- Self-starter, objective driven and confident to work remotely without daily supervision/oversight
