What you will be doing:
- Analyse business needs and what’s already in place to find spots where tech can make processes smoother.
- Keep an eye on project timelines, resources, and money when working with partners or bringing in new systems.
- Document current processes and how systems work together, then come up with and put into action solutions that offer enhancements.
- Create documentation and materials to help with implementation and provide training and support to make sure the new systems or services are used effectively.
- Keep stakeholders updated on project progress and management.
- Perform post-implementation reviews to see how well it went and find areas for improvement.
- Stay in the loop about product advancements and updates, sharing relevant updates with the business to boost overall understanding.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and fix issues to make sure the system is running smoothly and users are happy.
What our client is looking for:
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.).
- 5+ years working in System Integration and/or Technical Project Management, with experience in API integrations and software implementations.
- You’re a problem-solver and can analyze business needs.
- You can communicate and work well with others, both inside and outside the company.
- Experience working with big data using tools like SQL.
- You’ve used project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.) and CRM software (Salesforce).
- You can use tech solutions to solve business problems and make processes better.
