IT Service Delivery Specialist to oversee the delivery of internal and external technology solutions while driving continuous improvement, process optimisation, and stakeholder management. This role will ensure that IT services align with strategic business goals and support ongoing business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in Insurance or Financial industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, or Business Management.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Technology & Service Management:
- Manage IT infrastructure to ensure availability and efficiency.
- Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
- Lead service desk management and ensure SLA compliance.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance business operations.
- Collect customer feedback to drive continuous service improvements.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Provide clear and consistent communication on project updates and milestones.
- Manage vendors to ensure service levels and business objectives are met.
Project & Process Coordination:
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work with technical teams to develop business requirements for new solutions.
- Drive integration between ICT and application development teams.
- Implement service improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Incident & Problem Management:
- Lead critical incident resolution and post-incident reviews.
- Monitor SLA performance and ensure compliance with service agreements.
- Identify and resolve service delivery challenges
Service Optimisation & Best Practices:
- Ensure high-performance service operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices in service management to enhance delivery standards.
- Analyse and optimise service-related processes to improve efficiency.
