My client based in Bellville (Northern Suburbs) is currently looking for a DevOps Test Automation Manager to join them on a fixed term contract

Responsibilities
- Establish and uphold quality assurance and DevOps best practices, standards, and processes
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for a variety of IT projects
- Align test strategies with DevOps automation to ensure seamless integration
- Build and maintain best practice frameworks for both DevOps and QA
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of QA analysts, automation engineers, and performance testers
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to QA and DevOps processes
- Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs to ensure high-quality output
- Provide monthly management reporting on team performance and project status
- Stay up to date with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and DevOps practices
- Implement process improvements that enhance the effectiveness of QA and DevOps functions
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring stable platforms and products are consistently delivered
Experience
- Advanced certifications in QA or related fields are preferred
- ISTQB, CSTE, or other relevant certifications are a plus
