JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team
- Ensure the team meets sprint goals and delivers high-quality products.
- Monitor and track team performance using Agile metrics.
- Remove impediments that hinder team progres
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Implement feedback from retrospectives to enhance team performance
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations.
- Ensure alignment between the team and stakeholders on project goals
- Ensure adherence to Agile practices and principles.
- Customize Agile processes to fit the team’s needs.
- Maintain and improve Agile tools and artifacts
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business,Engineering or a related field is required.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required.
- Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI-ACPis an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum [URL Removed] experience in leading Scrum teams, preferably in insurance or financerelated fields.
